I called Inscon Insurace Broker and spoke to Katherine North on the 10 Dec to update my policy and resend a new one to me. I emailed her the 10 Dec 9:41 am, 01:16Pm, 03:43pm. - 11 Dec at 9:50 am, 03:26 pm and again 13 Dec 11:32am. Messages not returned, emails ignored. When i got hold of her co-worker, they said that are very busy and they are swamped with work. They blamed the fact that i was not helped on the Santam rep that never came. I called Lucinda Edwards the Relationship Manager and she said she is not getting involved between Brokers and Clients. She was emailed the request by Katherine 13 Dec 7:51am. Still at 03:33 nothing was done by Lucille. Katherine North called me and screamed at me for reporting her to Lucille. Lucille is usless as a relationship manager. I have called the broker Wayne and await his response. Katherine has still not done the policy correct. Lucille had the worst attitude ever, and i would be ashamed to know that Katherine North screamed at my clients who have been with Santam for years!! I am so ready to move onto another company and get beter service. I would apprectiate a liason person from Santam to contact me urgently about this!!!
