NO RESPONSE TO MAILS

I applied for consolidation of my accounts and received an sms to say that it had been approved after completing all the relevant documentation. I have mailed and tried to phone them to complete the final transaction but to no avail. The cell no I had to contact remains on voicemail, the office no remains engaged and the mails dont get answered. Please help
