Claim delayed due late approval submission

I have an on-going complain with miway. I am not satisfied with the way my claim is being handled. I will not be able to get to work or take my kids to school due to them submitting the claim approval late to the panel beater. The worst of all is that I constantly have to prompt them, even after I had brought my complaint forward.
