Liars!

I have never had such bad service from anyone before. These people are my money, not able to assist and wont pay my doctor. this is a very bad problem...
i was told the day before i went to the doc, when i called to make sure everything was in order. i was told to activate the funds and that i was able to go to any doctor, if the doc didn't have a swipe machine i could draw the funds from a STD bank ATM. i now owe my doctor R800 and they only give me R400 and i am still unable to get the money.
