Can i pls get my money back

I've been going through a bit of a financial problem and would sometimes be suspended but I always make sure whenever I get money I pay them first.
My son got sick while my membership was frozen and I had to pay cash at the doctor. As soon as I got money I pad the medical aid and I'm trying to claim that back so that I can make my June payment and they are giving me a run around.
I have sent the invoice my doctor gave me, they said it was incorrect. I called my doctor again and was sent another one and they still telling me about procedure codes that I don't know anything about. I have sent emails and no one seems to be getting back to me and my doctor said they should call him about the invoice because that's the way they do their invoices and they have never had a problem before.
Today I get an email that they won't pay the claim because of the invoice again after I've sent emails explaining all I could and sending them all the invoices and telling them to contact my doctor.
And I get another email saying my medical aid has been suspended.
Why can't they call my doctor if they have a problem?
How will I pay if I'm still waiting for that money to add on and pay them?
