Very unprofessional

I phoned Mfc so that i can change my debit order acc for my cars. not getting through to them at all. bi decided ti mail them. Some random guy mentioned above, asked me for all my details, sent the email to the wrong email address, called me the wrong name, on a email he sent with no letterhead! but i should give all my personal details to this! Not on! be professional my friend especially when you are dealing with clients and their banking details. MFC where do you recruit your people?
