Car by representative of MFC

I bought a car in 2007, my mother in law was using it when I moved to Cape Town and stopped paying. They contacted me and asked for the money and said my must sign a 3rd party release form so that they can go get the car.

I had not even signed the form, but had sent them directions on how to get to my mother in laws house. A person was sent to her house whereby he was waiting for her and then took the car. I have the copy of the slip that was given to my mother in law. this person had my mother in laws address my id number and personal details.

MFC then called me 3 months later to ask if they can go get the car, I told them that the car had been taken already and that they should have it. I sent through all the details to them. My car was and I believe someone in MFC is leaking information to collectors.

They have called me again to ask where my car is and has now put me on ITC. I am opening a case against MFC as they do not respond to my emails. I have emailed them my new address so that I can be served and I can fight this. Nothing has happened. They just getting more collectors to call me
