NO FEEDBACK on my Pension Fund claim! Call centre service is not

Good day, I have been trying to track my Pension fund claim since last month via this number 0118463500, but the phone keeps on ringing then voicemail or they just transfer you to another person till you out of airtime. I was retreched on the 12 july 2013. I need to know what is taking so long.
