I needed some clarity and explanation with regards to the increase on my car insurance excess, and mr Makgoathane explained the reason for the increase and then asked if he could transfer my call to his senior colleague Ricardo who also did a great job in assisting me with my query, and i must say that i am very much impressed with the feedback i got from these two gentleman, thank you so much guys.
