Transunion Credit Bureau
Default not removed

I logged a dispute with transunion to have my defaults removed under my name, after 20 days they sent me an email to advise that all 3 defaults have been removed, but i just found out that refer no TU20130108-000305-01 still has not been removed and i cannot get credit because of this
