POOR SERVICE

Good day, I was called from the company Altrisk to take policy on a house that I wanted o buy. And these guys started taking policy money from my account even though the bond was not transferred to me. I never signed any documents to give them permission to deduct any instalment from my bank account as I knew my transfer wasn't done yet. I also phoned the company Altrisk to inform them that i have not bought the house yet. I have told them that I want my money back but no one wants to take responsibility.
