ALTRISK AND BETTER BOND STILLING MONIES FROM MY AC

I'm very frustrated with Better Bond. They have been working with Altrisk and Hollard insurance to take monies from my account which they claim to be 'premiums' of insurance. I have not filled any application with them. I don't know where they get the right to deduct monies from my bank account. Since last year my bank account credit rating went down due to the fact that this premium is not in my budget. I was told I must cancel the premiums, I did exactly that. I have noticed that the premium is still going through and they still claim to have cancelled the premiums. I need urgent help, these companies are ripping me off.
