Debit order to stop NOW

Since Feb-2013 Altrisk has been debiting my account of R35 and I have no clue why, when I check my bank statement I see the is an amount of R35 which Altrisk is deducting form my account I don't know why

I just want that money back in my account and that R35 debit order to stop NOW.
