Insurance claim not settled after almost 4 MONTHS!

On 16/04/2013 Elton Benjamin, a Telesure client drove into my Mazda while it was parked. I sent all my detains to him as required by his insurance. I had no responce. I phoned Telesure myself and resent the details Thu 2013/07/18 09:23, I queried it Mon 2013/07/29 10:36 and Mon 2013/08/05 07:14. I only receive the auto replies on email, but no real response. I have also phoned numorous times and the response is always tha they will come back to me. It is now almost four months and my car is still not fixed. I want to sell my car, but cant do so as it is not fixed yet!
