FNB won't give me my account number

I recently received an FNB gold credit card, as I am travelling overseas shortly and needed a credit card to make online bookings. I have had the card for some 2 weeks now, but FNB for some reason, refuses to provide me with the account number of this card. The account number is needed to allow me to make payments into the account and to pay my outstanding balance. As I will be out of the country with limited access to emails, I will be unable to pay my instalments between August 17 and September 7. I am bewildered as to why my bank will not provide me with my own account number. All I want to do is deposit money INTO the account. This is shocking service from FNB. I require immediate clarification, please.
