FNB process for Credit Cards a major disruption

I upgraded my business credit card from a silver to a gold card because for some very odd reason that I cannot make transfers on my online profile to my other accounts from my silver credit card account. According to the card division I needed to pay for this functionality. So I upgraded to a gold account to get this functionality. I have requested multiple times online and over the phone, at [Email Removed] and inside the Centurion branch for FNB to link my gold credit card to my online profile. It has been more that 3 weeks Here is the ref numbers I have been given QP1565642, Case:25799149, Case:25810382, 311937 for these cases.

It is poor service that I received from FNB and no single employee that have helped me can assist they pass the bucket and make me fill in the same forms over and over with no results coming through. I even get messages saying the problem has been fixed when in actual fact nothing has changed.

What I need and requested are:
1. Link my gold credit card to my online profile.
2. Make sure that I can use the transfer functionality on my gold credit card to transfer money to my other accounts.

It is simple
This is a business account not even a private
