Unauthorised debit orde

My name is Batabile Mtati, i joined this company's product 2 years ago and they keep sending me sms about Bid4Gold stuff and now they charge me extra R200 and some other R49.00 on top of the R100 i initially agreed to have debited from my account, this has been goin on for months now.

The worst part is that you cannot be put through to any consultant when u call the callcenter, u get told that someone will contact you back and that hardly happens.

I am done with this nonsense, i want a call and all the monies i never agreed on them being deducted from my account back. This is daylight and the service. I never sign up with a receptionist but when i need assistance i only getto speak to the receptionist and no one else. I will take this company to TV and some legal action after this. Totally annoyed.
