We chose Chubb as a security company based on their visibility and prompt service. We needed outside beams installed and our alarm system checked.

The consultant that came to see me to discuss the contract terms, Louis Roberts, agreed that we could pay for the beams over a period of two months, but when the billing run was done, Chubb Accounts debited my account for the full amount. This was a R2500 knock that we did not budget for!

Trying to get someone to call you is a battle on its own as I have to keep on phoning and following up. Getting someone to actually help you instead of passing the buck is downright impossible. Completing the so called "contact us" enquiry online is a complete waste of time as nobody gets back to you.

I need this double amount reversed and only deducted next month as was agreed to by the consultant. What I don't need is a response to say that "someone will get back to you", as this seems to be the general comment by the supplier. This is really unacceptable and totally unnecessary...
