Unresolved issues with Absa itc department

I had a personal loan with absa a while ago. i Had settled the account in june 2012.
When i checked my ITC report (TransUnion) it showed that absa had displayed it as account written off!!! This is not true and it needs to be corrected.
The account was paid in full...!!!
After calling many times i cannot seem to speak to anyone that can help me, im just being transferred to another person the whole time.

im very very unhappy with the way this has been handled. And to top it all off, when i moved to FNB (BEST BANK EVER!!!) i was asked "sir, why are you moving your business from us..? this is exactly why.
I would realy like to get this resolved ASAP please
