EMPTY PROMISES!!!

In my life this is the first time I'm getting this poor service, I join this insurance for service plan for my car they promise everything but till now still I cant get my car back from the garage because my insurance don't send the proof of payment. I took my car for services yesterday my insurance promise that they goner sort everything out, i but they dint i have to borrow money to go home yesterday because the garage cant release my car without the proof of payment i phone my insurance 30 times they keep promising me that they goner phone me back till now I'm still waiting so i need to borrow money to pay the garage so that i can get my car back.

what is the use of me taking service plan, I cancel all my appointment yesterday because i don't have a car.

I told my friends to cancel their policy because I'm the one who recommend this service plan to them.
