I have arrangement to pay back a loan which I have been doing electronically every month. This month I am unable to 'operate onto this account' and have thus been unable to honor the arrangement. I have sent numerous emails and made phone calls to the number given in the acknowledgement emails but to date have had no response or assistance. It is now the 6th of the month and I still have not been able to pay this account. If something has changed then I should be notified. The next step is they are probably going to take legal action. Does Standard Bank have nothing better to do than make things difficult for customers? Can someone please assist me in paying this account!!!
