Standing Arrangement, but R35178.92 just TAKEN!!!

I've had a standing arrangement for a vehicle that is no longer in my possession () and have been paying the attorneys (BB&A) a set amount each and every month. I had an emergency fund via Prestige STD Bank Cheque account, only to find out when I need the money, that Standard Bank Vehicle and Asset Finance department transferred R 35 178.92 from my prestige account, into the Vehicle Finance account in OCTOBER 2012?! NO Prior arrangements, warnings, requests etc. was made?! I Have had a standing arrangement, AND have been PAYING the agreed installment EVERY month (I have proof hereof). I contacted the call centre where an agent told me they took the money because I have not made payment since April 2010?! Again, I said I have been paying the attorneys every single month - only to find out that the account was supposedly handed back to STD Bank?! - WITHOUT my knowledge?! I need this money back as I am sticking to my arrangement every month. I cannot comprehend how you can just help yourself to ALL my money, leaving me with a measly R700 in my EMERGENCY fund. I've contacted the Legal Recoveries dept. 3X only to HOLD ON for 20 Minutes at a time and just cut off!!!
