I Made an arrangement with STD Bank Home loan Department to deduct a full instalment the 1 Feb 14 and that I will transfer an additional R1 500.00 also month-end to pay off my arrears for 1 month
What do they do, the moment there is money in your account, they take it all
After I spoke to them and they confirmed the arrangement the agent just told me to speak to the complaints department. What a way to treat your clients
