No Communication

I have applied for a personal loan Monday the 24 June 2013. Im from Kzn and took leave to come to pretoria and stay at my daughter to do this loan. Its now 4days and im not getting any feedback. I have phoned the branch 6 times. Every time they say the person dealing with my loan application will phone me back. I never get the promised phone call. Im not very healthy and its difficult for me to go into the branch. Im 68 years old. I must go back to KZN tomorrow and have wasted all my time and energy just to get a answer on this loan!!!
