I amended my life insurance policy on 27.06.2013 and spoke to two agents with regards to changing some of my details. When I received my policy documents the changes were not done! I then emailed the Customer Services Business Manager and spoke to another agent. I have yet to receive a call back from the Business Manager and have not received my amended policy documents! How difficult is it to change the information on my policy to the correct information???
