Emolument attachment order

Good day,

I received a registered mail, dated the 11th of June 2013, and could only collect the post on 22/06/2013. My concern is that it is stipulated in your letter that I have 10 days to make an arrangement, but my concern is that it has lapsed before i could even collect the letter from the post office.

A tracer came to my office to let me sign an arrangement for you guys to debit an amount of R500 per month as per the arrangements made, however unbeknown to me I was also signing a consent to you guys obtaining a judgment against me. Some of the docs I have in my possession are blank and no court name was stipulated and this is just outright criminal. The court you even took the judgment from is in Ermelo, I am being biased as a consumer as I was not able to represent and defend myself.

Yesterday I phoned your offices and spoke to one of your consultants who refused to listen to what I had to say.

I'm not going to let this slide, I am going to have info I have with me audited and I suggest you retract the emolument attachment order you sent to my employer as I think you have not communicated anything to me.
