Hiden cost, legal procedure not follow propertly

Judgment was taken incorrectly, summons issued, to the incorrect chosen domicile address as per initial contract signed with virgin active, the chosen domicile address is 14629 Bierman street extension 31 Vosloorus, section 129 was sent to the incorrect domicile address which is 3608 maubane street which is not the chosen domicile address, the emolument attachement order which was sent to my husband's hr department amounted to R4408.79 monthly payment R350 Per month, to date we have made payments of R4200 Since last year March, this month 500 was dedected from my husband, s salary without a court order however a letter advising about the commission cost of 1700, it was not a granted order from court as in April no payment was deducted from his salary as the account is settled, mbd is refusing to issue a repaid letter even thou judgment was not take correctly, & since judgment was not taken properly, the letter of demand, summons were not issued to the correct domicile address, and the account is settled in full now, judgment should be rescinded at mdb's cost, MAN was not suppouse to deduct 500 this month without the order from court
