Overcharging Garnishee/ Refund of Amount deducted

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the garnishee order which I think I am being overcharged. I received an emolument in June 2009 for an amount of R16724.80 which I was paying R400 per month. I paid the account from June 2009 until Nov 12 for 41 months. The last deduction was in Nov 12 for an amount of R324.80. I Jan 2013 whilst I was about to request a paid letter hoping that I finished pay my account, I received another emolument informing me that I still have a balance of R13 971.88 of which I do not agree with. This means I am still going to pay the account for the next 34 months which makes it 7 years which is not FAIR. I contacted Melinna to explain, I could not get a satisfactory answer. She told me that I owe the money and I must just pay it. I don't think this is legally fair to us, because I think they are ripping us off, overcharging. It means I will be paying this account for the rest of my life when they will always be charging the legal costs. Is the Emolument attachment Order not a final court decision? PLEASE INVESTIGATE - FRUSTRATED, DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY CUSTOMER. Your urgent assistance is required and will be appreciated in this matter. Ms. Modise CJU
