Reneged on written arrangement

On 01/08/2013 a person named Thomas called me informing me that he was from Bayport and need to make arrangements, we agreed upon meeting and about 20 minutes later he visited me in my office. He explained that we could make arrangements as indicated on your letter dated 17/06/2013 through debit order. I indicated the amount I could afford and he completed a financial circumstances form. Thomas then altered the amounts on the debit order agreement and we both initialed the pages. I then queried the consent to judgment form but he explained that would only be in effect should the debit order not go through, and I duly signed to show my commitment, also mentioning to him that my financial situation will change at end December as 6 short term, loans will be finished and then we can revisit the amounts agreed upon. on 26/08 you however deducted the original amounts amounting to R4126 and upon calling the call centre I was informed that Thomas was not supposed to make an agreement with me. I have been trying on vain since Monday to get this matter resolved, but all I get is COB promises. We had an written agreement, please refund overeduction.
