Business Hours Evidently Not for Business

I went to the Standard Bank service branch at the Matrix shopping centre at Wits University to query an issue with my garage card. Knowing that the branch can become very busy due to the students, I waited for it to open 0900 on 2013.08.27. Someone only arrived to open the branch at almost 0910. When the queue of waiting people then entered the branch, I moved forward to be served. We were then told that we had to wait for the service consultant to log into the system. What then followed was a number of phone calls, for no apparent reason. It was only upon enquiring that we were told that he was waiting for the main branch to reset the password for the computers in the service branch.By this point it was 0925 and I was due at another appointment. I find it unacceptable that when a business' opening hours are listed as being from 0900 that circumstances such as these arise.
