First For Women Insurance
Unimpressed by the service!!!

I got a call from a lady from 1st for women this morning to add and addition accidental cover on my current policy for R65. I declined, her tone was what's R65 - which i answered is that it adds up. And also after finding out my current access is R3200 i opted to search for another insurance company. Which i found. I called 1st for women to cancel - after trying to convince to stay with them, i find out they have a cash back bonus which wasn't on my current policy, and the consultant can't say why it wasn't included because he wasn't working at 1st for woman then, so i lost out on my money because i've been with 1st for woman since 2011 and no1 informed me of this cash bonus. He also managed to take down my access to R2200 and my premiums. With all of this i still decided to cancel because i feel i was robbed. Also with a changed tone, he asked when am i changing to new company. Am glad i changed, never had problems with them till now, i was honestly changing because i thought i could save a bit. To only find out i've lost out on a bonus? Not impressed.
