Terrible Feedback - Cancelled my insurance

I have the new Audi A3 Sportback on order which I needed confirmation of insurance for - I phoned for a quote and received great service BUT when I sent thru the confirmation to the dealer I was informed that this was the old A3 model.
We phoned Outsurance on the 30/4/2013 and eventually spoke to a Mpho who said they would get the MM code loaded by the end of that day and phone me back - I have still NEVER heard from him. I then spoke to a Stanley 2/5/2013 who was helpful and I sent thru the car details but again I have never heard another thing.
Yesterday I phoned to CANCEL my policy as I got better service and deals from another company - I was put thru to a Y. Schwartz who promised me the world and I'd get a better quote by the end of the day - again nothing.
I would like for someone to confirm that my policy has been cancelled (and I know I'll lose my NO CLAIMS BONUS - which seems unfair because the reason I am cancelling is for dreadful service) and that I will be getting a refund ASAP.
Hope someone will get back to me now???
