Worst Call center reps ever!!!

I have been out of work recently, and have missed a payment or two on my absa accounts. I have been to the bank last Saturday to spend my first paycheque on bringing my accounts up to date. I put all debits on cash and explained that some companies did not comply to my cancelled debit order services.

Well, this morning a Call center agent called me to inform me he was calling regarding an account I had sorted out on Saturday. When I asked him why he was requesting personal information, he refused to tell me, I queried what exactly he was trying to find out, and the cheecky was rude to me!

How dare he insult a long-term customer of Absa bank!? Does he not understand that it is the customers who ultimately pays his salary!?
Needless to say, I hung up the phone, expecting a call back so I could record his rude remarks. I expect absa to contact me immediately via email to apologise for their careless call center agents who go around insulting their customers who have made all due effort to keep their accounts up to date - even in the face of overwhelming financial burdens.

Fire the rep who spoke to me, or teach him some manners.
