Last Thursday someone had cloned and withdrawn cash from my Discovery Card. I thankfully have an automated sms system, which monitors my usage and I was able to cancel the card with immediate effect. I was very pleased with the call I made to the division on Thursday and the follow up i got on friday to confirm if i received the paper work to complete in order to start the investigation. Due to the long weekend, i was only able to send my documentation on Tuesday morning. I had then called Discovery around midday yesterday to confirm if all paper work had been received and if the progress of investigation had begun. Andre Poole was the consultant who unfortunately answered my call. I instantly got a feeling that he was in a bad mood. i had many questions to ask, as it was my concern as to the duration period of the investigation and refund. The more questions i asked the more upset he seemed to get and constantly said that someone had been assigned to my case and will call me. So the feeling i got was that i will not get any assistance at all, other that my designated investigator who till now has not called. All i am looking for is positive feedback for peace of mind.
