Classic case: Over-promise under-delive

As a discovery member (and I have every product available) I bought a new vehicle, insured it and requested my DTrack installation. I have contacted the call centre twise, flagged on email, given feedback in a "we value your feedback email" flagged with my broker who escalated this a week ago to some head of department. I called Dtrack. I still don't have my fuel card? I still don't have a tracker? but discovery takes my $ every month in exchange for not doing their job???

worse I requested an investigation 7 report as why I did not receive assistance or a phone call when my vehicle was involved in a big crash, the other one car written off, one in the shop... it was a proper front end smash on the 19 Aug... no call... what's the point in paying for a service that does not work? the whole reason for using discovery is for the peace of mind that vehicles are tracked and their is assistance when needed. the roadside app failed, three times (maybe its just for show?) I called the call centre twice, when reporting this in the claim process I also requested a full report as to why this failed and why no one called to say their had been an accident.
still no one has called back!!
