Not again! FNB disappoints constantly!

I did an online transfer to the wrong recipient on Friday and immediately asked for help to reverse the transfer. I was emailed two forms, that I filled in, had witnessed and sent back to [Email Removed] I was told by the operator that I would receive feedback the same day to confirm receipt. Since then, I've spent my time trying to phone this elusive department many MANY times for feedback. I have been given several numbers, all supposedly for this department. Every number I have tried, they told me they can't help me. It's the wrong department. The one number I received multiple times (0877302000) doesn't stop ringing. Nobody pics up and the waiting tune cuts away erratically, leading me to believe that there might be something wrong with that line. I have phoned it 7 times up to date, having held on a total of 1h44m13s over the course of those calls!!! Not a soul answered the phone. I have also requested to be put through to teamleaders/managers and was also left on hold to receive no answer. Disgusting!!! I want my money back!
