I arrived at the bank at 8h30 & only left the bank past 11h30.The consultants were extremely unorganised, rude & disrespectful. All I wanted was to change my surname & get a new card. I had 2 consultants helping me because they told me to go for abit because they were offline & that when I come back I will be served 1st. To my dismay a sales consultant 1st issued my card & told me that I was done. When I asked for my proof of surname change then the horror began. The 2 consultants ganged up on me and made me wait even furthur. When I told them to just do their jobs & that they were rude it just fueled their mistreatment towards me. The service consultant got extremely heated me & was extremely disrespectful as he wanted me to be submissive to him as he is older then. He messed up my entire account & thereafter says I needed proof of resident after he "changed" my name. They did not give sufficiant proof of my transactions & now both my cards do not work. They made me que thrice. I can not do a single thing on my account. They let me draw money from a business teller to prove that my card works, but it still does not work. Eventually none of the staff assisted, I have no acces to my account
