On the 3.04.13 I opened a new account with Nedbank/Eastgate. After nearly 45 minute I received a welcome letter with my temp card I show that my surname on the welcome letter is not correct, I ask the sales consultend to change as it as per ID & Proof of Resident. He than informed me before leaving the bank on the said date that my surname is been changed. Today after phoning twice to confirm that my cards are at the branchI went in to the branch and to find out that he never changed my details and another copy of my ID was made to get the cards changed. I am disappointed of moving to Nedbank due to all copies of doc was made for Fica purpose and still my details are incorrect. Now is another waiting for the new cards & hopefully the branch will phone without me phoning them 2 again. Its a shame our HR already changed my details already otherwise I would kept my... account.
