R400 is we cant beat your quote - Don't bank on it

I took Outsurance up on their radio add to see if they could give me "cheaper" car insurance. After spending 15 minutes on the phone was it clear that the premiums offered by Outsurance was more than what I am paying for my full insurance profile. "Admitting defeat" the call centre agent, Belinda, then took my details in order to email me the information on how to claim the R400 promotion. She also supplied me with her supervisor's email address saying that should I have any problems with the website can I mail the documents to Nardus for processing. This told me that Outsurance already knew that they are having issues with claiming the promotion.
On 8 November 2013 after trying the website several times and not having any success did I mail the documents to the email address of Nardus supplied. To date, almost three months later, did I had no response from Nardus or anyone at Outsurance. Thank you Outsurance from proving to me why I should never become a customer of yours.
