I logged a call with Outsurance for a quote on my insurance, to see if I can save money on my monthly installment. When I received the call, I asked the agent how long the call would take, he said 20 min, after 45 min on the call, I asked him to phone me later to continue as I was not able to talk that long while I am at work. When he phoned me and advised me of the premium, I said I am not interested as they are more expensive than my current Insurance. He phoned me back a bit later and said the new installment will be R4 less than my current Insurance premium, I said no thanks and the very rude agent dropped the phone in my ear... After that bad service I am still receiving calls from Outsurance daily to ask me if I changed my mind, I asked the agents to please stop contacing me, but still it is ongoing... Tuesday Gilbert and yesterday Jade phone me again!! What should I do for them to stop contacting me and teach their staff some manners! Service like this is not acceptable... may the Insurance ombudsman please tell me how to get rid of these unwanted calls.
