Your service is very bad, firstly i was put on hold more than 20 minutes, i sent 166 which stipulates 3 reason which caused death, now you still want police report, i mean other Institutions have accepted 166 and process the claim, but guys want lot of this which i really don't understand because this is for Credit life is not for me or other beneficiary is to settle the loan that she had with you guys which she was paying you every month, now you come with stories of postmortem like a person was taking drugs or was driving under the influence and is like you will pay the money to the beneficiary but you will settle you own loan.your service is really bad
