Unpaid debit orde

Y loan was paid by debit order as per agreement but since 8 this morning I have received sms and email that I did not pay? I even went inyo the bank today and the consultant double checked the system! Payment was made! Now I get warning about my credit rating! The bottom line I paid on time!
