Good day my name is Ulandi Appel and i have a complaint, African Bank has the poorest of service. I have a loan acc with them which i made arrangements to pay that account off every month. My husband and I opened a savings account for our children as I will be going on meternity leave soon. Without my permission and my knowledge they debited from the savings plan which we opened for the kids. i dont know how they got hold of that account but the took my kids savings money. I just want to know who gave them pwermission and the account number to debit my kids savings. All i want is my kides money back coz that's a total different account and has nothing to do with my arrangement with them. I will never ever recommend them to any1 coz im also not the first person to complain bout them. All i want is my kids money back, no futher stories their service my friend had the same prob couple of months back.
