Late afternoon on 21/01/2014 my handbag and contents were from my office. We all know how traumatic something like this is, and not to mention the "schlep" to have everything cancelled, stopped and blacklisted. Just a few thank you's to the people who made this less traumatic for me:
Lindiwe at the / lost card division. This happened late afternoon - thank you for the manner in which you handled the situation and the patience you had through the conversation, you calmed me down a lot,
Charles Mashile at FNB Woodbridge - Thanks for your smile early this morning when I collected my new card. You were friendly, efficient and fast. Thanks for that, it means a lot for somebody that had to take time of work to have all this done.
To the whole FNB - Wow 2 days to stop and replace a card - That is service other banks can only learn from. FNB - Good, Great, BEST
