I did a phone application for my credit card, it was approved and i was told to come with my documents for them to verify, i did that on saturday and they said they will send my papers to their head-office & it take 48 working hours, meaning on wednesday, i would be told the answer, it is friday today when i called i was told the person who helped me is the weekend off, after i called the whole week & been sent from pillar to post.i dont understand what is hard about removing a block? and no one has the decency of calling & explaining the delay... i think nedbank's service is pathetic and im not interested in the card anymore or do any business with them
