NEDBANK HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER CARE EVER

YHO!!! I am so disgusted by nedbank call centre... 1stly your call centre agent assured me on the 12/06/2013 that my debit order will go through on the 25/06/2013 to pay my nedbank credit card. That didnt happen so i called on 09/07/2013 & asked why only to be told now in July that it wasnt "possible" for the debit to go through in June "your rules apparently because i called late" why wasnt i tol theis in the beginning beats me.

So today 10/07/2013 i call again in order for you guys to give me my internet login pin so i can view my statement which u dont send anymore & get my acc number to do EFT.After being transfered from pillar to post for more than 30minutes i finally get a lady who is very unhelpfull. After she scrutinised me with "security checks" which i respect she told me she had to verify something and kept me onhold for more than 10minutes after i told her my phone may cut as i had been holding for so long beofore speaking to her & guess what she never bothered to come back and my phone cut & i still dont have the "PIN".

So i wasted a good hour on my expense to you & no [URL Removed] contradicts the slogen that they use whe they answer the phone.:-(
