Absa charges

I wrote a report on Absa bank charges had one or two calls but still no assistance. I received a call from a consultant from braamfontein to tell me that my current account was not opened with them but that the relevant branch would be in contact with me, which they did but I missed the consultants call and since then I have been trying to get a hold of her and the number she left on voice mail just rings and no one ever picks up. I went to the branch to speak to this lady but she was out on meetings on the day. bottom line is there is no assistance as yet regarding my banking account and the exorbitant fees I am being charged. I have just decided to leave these bank its not worth it.
