My money is not safe with my bank

I had a pre-funder credit card with Discovery which is part of FNB, which is a kind of a credit card that i put money in to use it, at some point last year Sep or Oct the was d/o that never went through from my FNB chaque for some reason that i still don't understand how it happened, the debit order was reversed, i lost my job in Oct due to sickness, and the interest on the credit card kept increasing, i have been receiving call from a consultant by the name of Lervene from their collections dept and i have always advised her that im not working but should i have money i will pay, which she requested that i pay at least a min of R250.00 cause my balance was just over R2000.00 i agreed but still explained to her that im not working but as soon as i have money i will, July 03 i got paid for tax return, and to my surprised on the 04th i receive and sms informing e that R600.00 has been debited by FNB, from my acc, i tried t ask the why did they debited the min amount, i complained on their website it took them more than a week, and i went to their office on Friday Leverne promised to call me today but still waiting, i feel this was and my own bank my money
