Ude and pathetic behaviou

Got and call from a very rude man now saying I must pay my account now witch is overdrawn??? but I have not used my card in more than a month... that I don't understand how it can be overdrawn... this man who phoned me has no manners and should not be able too speak to a client ever... I got very irritated with him and don't appreciate a call from a bank that I hace been a client of for over 17 years... and now I am planning on chaning banks because of this...
