THREATEN byStandard Bank employee Khethiwe Khumalo

Today I was THREATEN by a Standard Bank employee Khethiwe Khumalo -Deceased Estates Recoveries. I was also told by Khethiwe that I was DISRESPECTFULL because I ask why I had not received a reply from Khethiwe for SIX MONTHS on original contact & 3 weeks current! The team leader Angela Pinkham was part of each email DID NOT intervene & assist. Who would be calm after such SHOCKING SERVICE. I was told by Khethiwe that I need to LISTEN to her & answer to her only or else NO one will assist me. When contact was made today it was about my "rude" email. What about HELPING THE CLIENT. Then Khethiwe said I must call my attorney!! Another threat? If you did your job we would NOT have an issue. What strikes me as UNBELIEVABLE is Khethiwe works in the Deceased Estates department who has NO COMPASSION, EMPATHY & RESPECT for clients. I contacted STD as i paid off my Late father's Bond account last year July 13. We sent email to STD to cancel the bond in Aug 13. Months later the ever "EFFICIENT" Khethiwe did NOT close the account therefore STD continue to charge for fees & wanted to hand me over for payment. All I can say is Thank you to Deveshnee Naidoo for finalising the issue in one hour.
